Senior Architect

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Architect, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your expertise in design, technical knowledge, and project management skills will be instrumental in delivering world-class solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional, ensuring they meet design standards, budget, and timeline requirements.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop design concepts, and present proposals.
3. Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and design teams.
4. Oversee the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
5. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve any construction-related issues.
6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in architecture and engineering.
7. Foster a culture of sustainability and innovation in design.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
2. Licensed architect in the state of California.
3. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture.
4. Strong proficiency in architectural software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
5. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
