About The Role

Samsara’s Product team works to bring our disruptive IoT technology to market, accelerating the adoption of sensor data to improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of fleets and other operations-focused businesses. As an Associate Product Manager (APM), you’ll participate in a formal training program alongside peers, gaining hands-on experience managing products and exposure to different teams across Samsara’s business.

This is a remote position in the United States.

In this role, you will:
  • Learn core skills of product management through an apprenticeship-style program.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback through well-structured beta programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end launch of new features.
  • Interact with our executive team to understand scaling a growth-stage company.
  • Lead the development of new features in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and Marketing.

Requirements for this role:
  • A minimum of a 3.5 GPA.
  • Experience building a product, startup, application, or nonprofit as a founding member or co-founder.
  • 0 years of experience in a full-time product management role (internships acceptable).
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, to be completed by Spring 2025.
  • Prior evidence of strong intellectual curiosity and leadership skills.
  • Ability to glean insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
