Primary Care provider with demonstrated outpatient experience needed to manage a diverse patient panel with multiple co-morbidities in a busy Community Health Center providing integrated care to individuals living on Staten Island.

Replace a very experienced and very busy primary care provider who is moving out of state early next year.

Work collaboratively with APP's and other specialty physicians to ensure quality primary and preventive care.
Additional training and experience in HIV care and MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) is preferred; wiliness to learn these areas of practice is required.

Benefits:

• Salary is 200K-220K

• Full-time (37.5 hours / week) Monday-Friday schedule; one evening / week and one Saturday / month may be required, minimal rotation (they are currently not doing Saturdays)
