Data Product Manager

You will:

1. Be in charge of our data migration, transformation, upload, and integration functions.
2. Be responsible for data quality and integrity. Create a data quality assurance process and maintain the highest standards of accuracy and quality of data in our system.
3. Be in charge of the logistics around our integration suite, communicating with clients and engineering to ensure systems are properly configured and scoped accurately.
4. Manage our data task Kanban board, which includes ticket grooming and completion sign-off.
5. Be an expert in our data structure and provide guidance on how to handle data migrations/transformations.
6. Spec out product features to allow clients to easily manipulate their data structure and to enable internal teams to handle client requests.

You are:

1. A Product Manager with 4+ years of experience.
2. Someone with a technical background (either worked as a software engineer previously or studied Computer Science in university).
3. Experienced in working with clients and engineers.
4. Experienced in implementing PM processes to produce predictable engineering outcomes.

You (ideally) have:

1. Experience working with and scaling B2B software products.
2. An understanding of the technical architecture (both server/client) of applications in order to intelligently design products.
3. A design mindset.
4. Experience translating customer feedback into features.
