You excel in organization, prioritization, and completing tasks on time. You work

independently and welcome constructive feedback. You're proficient in writing and

experienced with social media, particularly Instagram. You're familiar with invoicing,

payment collection, and bill payment in QuickBooks. You thrive in a small business setting

where every contribution is appreciated.

We are Harlow Interiors, a premier home staging and interior design firm in Los

Angeles. We transform residential and commercial spaces with a distinctive design

approach to accelerate sales. Our experienced team skillfully stages properties using

a curated collection of stylish furnishings from our warehouse

Responsibilities:

1. Quickbooks. Manage Quickbooks online, including A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliation.

2. Proposals/Contracts. Set up, send, and follow up on all proposals/contracts.

3. Communications. Write professional emails on behalf of the CEO.

4. Calendar. Manage the company calendar

5. Spreadsheets

6. Inventory. Data entry

7. E-commerce. Manage our furniture e-commerce site.

Requirements

Must have 3+ years experience as an Office Manager or similar position

Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel or Google Sheets

Ability to work on-site in East LA

Nice to have:

Home staging or interior design experience

Experience creating mood boards

E-commerce experience

Social media, especially Instagram, experience

Ability to speak Spanish
