The Jobat aGlance

As theIT Help Desk (internally known as I Fix Everything in the DC)youwill monitor and supportunderlying infrastructure for Encompass as well asnetwork support and mobile scanners & printers. You willset up inexperienced users, assistend users with password changes, and support our network in the distribution.

A Typical Day

  • Supportend usersand infrastructure such as HP, Zebra printersandhandheld scanners
  • SupportAll levels of Encompass end users andinfrastructure such as all in one touch screen devices and network equipment & printers.
  • Troubleshoot shipping and receiving stations
  • Analyze and preform equipment repairs
  • Support new user set up to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Aid in password changesand resets
  • Field support tickets in JIRA Service desk

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a technical support rolesuch as Help Desk, IT Remote Support, or Systems Operator
  • Youare passionate about technology anddemonstrate vast knowledge ofworking incomputers, hardware troubleshooting, and Windows Desktop operating systems including MS Office
  • Youpossess an exceptional understatingof TeamViewer, Windows Servers, Active Directory and basic Networking topologies
  • You're an all-star communicatorand are fluent in English (both written and verbal),and enjoy problem solving
  • You're a multi-tasking pro wholovesworking on multiple projects simultaneously and juggling priorities
  • You're able to work in office at our Lawrenceville, GA distribution center
