Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney with a minimum of 1 year experience in divorce/custody legal proceedings or other comparable area of practice to become a part of our team! You will represent clients in dissolution of marriage cases, establishment and modification of custody cases from start to finish. First chair trial experience required in family law or comparable legal field.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court
• Prepare and draft legal documents and motions on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on Family Law legal matters
• Complete formal discovery and disclosure of relevant evidence
• Negotiate resolution and attend mediation on behalf of client.
• Prepare for and conduct final trials and/or evidentiary hearings
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

• Previous experience in law
• Familiarity with legal documents and pleadings
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
