The Role

DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • In charge of selling a portfolio of new homes that are in various stages of planning and construction within a defined territory.
  • Build new and nurture existing broker partnerships.
  • Work with potential homebuyers to match their needs with homes in our portfolio. This includes showing and selling homes in production. Progress leads through the sales cycle.
  • Develop strong understanding of local markets to enable selling the lifestyle.
  • Create sales tools/binder and develop strong understanding of our products to pivot and sell a different home.
  • Manage and facilitate communication between the principals and various parties of the transaction prior to entering escrow.
  • Work with Homebuyer Liaison to overcome any objections during the escrow process.
  • Partner with planning, design, and construction to meet the needs and set expectations of potential buyers.
  • Collaborate with lenders to explain and secure construction financing for buyers.
  • Shop competition regularly to have a firm understanding of relative values.

What You’ll Need

  • 2 years of Real Estate Experience.
  • Active Real Estate License.
  • Must be able to multi-task at an elite level, and prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
