The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for Home Health Aide (HHA) applicants within the StayingWELL department. This role requires collaboration with the StayingWELL Director of Home Care and Client Services and other team members to ensure effective hiring and onboarding of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct timely recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of StayingWELL HHA applicants.

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Create and maintain job postings across various platforms, ensuring they reflect the organization's values and needs.

Review and modify employee orientations and training programs as necessary.

Source candidates using various methods, including social media, events, networking, research, sourcing tools, and other talent acquisition strategies.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and establish position requirements.

Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential candidates.

Provide regular updates to the HR Director and team on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

Participate in off-site mobile recruiting initiatives to attract potential candidates.

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization and its opportunities.

Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make recommendations for improvement.

Foster positive relationships with potential candidates and ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience recruiting within the home care industry or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred.

Strong customer service.

Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience recruiting within the home care industry or a related healthcare field is strongly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.

Demonstrated experience using online recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
