IP Technology Transactions/Corporate Associate - New York

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a midlevel associate (JD class years 2019-2021) for its growing Technology, Media and Telecom/Intellectual Property practice in New York. The salary range for this position is between $260,000 - $365,000.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in commercial transactions and IP-related issues, including technology transactions and capital markets, M&A, and investment transactions.
• Experience with pharma licensing and collaboration agreements and U.S. privacy regulations (CCPA, HIPPA, GLB, and GDPR) is preferred (not required).
• U.S. JD degree is required.
• Bar admission to New York is required.
• Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills; team focused.
