The Principal Systems Engineer is responsible for design, analysis, configuration and maintenance of complex systems software solutions, based on a thorough knowledge of systems engineering and programming concepts and techniques. This role provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s) and is considered an advanced subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities include:
- Provide SME-level expertise across multiple components/domains spanning end-user computing, device management, OS and policy management, and unified communication and collaboration.
- Grow engineering team skill sets as technology evolves, providing guidance, training, and mentoring.
- Provide technical domain expertise of EUC and UCC technologies for enterprise-solution integration.
- Establish repeatable frameworks for Lead SEs to deliver solution designs.
- Align product strategies/roadmaps, domain architecture, and enterprise architecture for complex systems design.
- Serve as restoration lead during critical outages requiring technical expertise.
Strategic Initiatives (6-12mo)
- Creation of automation and GenAI strategic and technical capability roadmaps.
- Creation and oversight of Engineering process documentation.
- Creation and implementation of technology cost (TCO) frameworks for existing end-user technology product catalogs.
Required Qualifications
Typically requires a bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of technical experience, or equivalent, with 2-5 years of project/people leadership.

Work-At-Home Requirements

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $139,500 - $192,000 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
