About the position:

Hamilton Mayer is seeking an experienced Project Executive with a minimum 10-15 years experience to lead an ambitious multi-billion-dollar advanced facility from the ground-up in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects ($100-200m+), preferably in the advanced manufacturing/industrial markets.

Please note, this opportunity will be working for a tier #1 general contractor in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to the project, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Effectively communicate project status and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Be a mentor to the younger generation of workforce.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field. But this is not essential depending on experience.
• 10-15+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the advanced manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Relocation assistance available, including temporary housing.
