Our client it a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions, serving power plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and the steelmaking industry. While we are newcomers to the US market, our solutions have been successfully implemented in thousands of cases across Asia, with an impressive track record of nearly zero failures. Our cutting-edge technology ensures at least an 18% energy saving for cooling tower fans, with some cases achieving up to 40% energy reduction. As global attention increasingly focuses on ESG and carbon dioxide reduction, we are seeking an experienced manager to spearhead our market presence in the US. This role involves building strong relationships with relevant industries and reaching out to government departments responsible for energy efficiency initiatives, such as the California Energy Commission. The goal is to foster partnerships and secure opportunities for direct collaboration.
Duties :

  • The Manager position encompasses a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:
  • Get familiar with the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of cooling tower systems.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain new clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads.
  • Exploring business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
  • Will be instrumental in assembling and leading a dedicated team, which is pivotal for supporting this division's growth and laying the foundation for the company's long-term success over the next decade.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proven managerial and sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in cooling tower-related work, including design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, cooling tower water treatment, etc.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with the working principles and common issues of cooling towers, with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Project Management: Experience in project management, capable of effectively allocating resources, managing budgets, and time.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and training teams, with the ability to motivate team members and improve team performance.
  • Prefer knowledge and experience in business development, marketing, and sales projects.
  • Prefer experience in managing environmental and energy-saving projects
  • Familiarity with the latest technologies, trends, and competitive products in the industry desired

  • Compensation: annual $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 base salary + sales commission + bonus
  • Shift: Day shift
  • Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
  • Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred)
