Job Requirements / Description

Boutique Air allows passengers to fly private for the cost of commercial, and we're currently looking for a detail-oriented, problem-solving, energetic, and personable Office ADMIN - Manager to join our team at our corporate office in San Francisco. This person will be instrumental in helping our office run smoothly.

Looking for:

  1. General office administrative, client services, and project operations coordination. Some of your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
  2. Maintaining a professional appearance of office.
  3. Maintaining office supplies inventory, anticipating needed supplies; placing orders and verifying receipts; website assistance where applicable, general office duties; addressing incoming accounting and related forms.
  4. Assist management during various stages of projects and wear many hats of duties.
  5. Computer skills, basic marketing and website experience helpful.
  6. Human Resources / Accounting experience helpful.
  7. Various Operations projects to support CEO and Senior Staff.

Requirements:

  1. Two years minimum experience working in a small office environment.
  2. Knowledge of Google Docs, Excel, and Asana very helpful.
  3. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
  5. Collaborative and professional work ethic in a Startup environment.

Required education: Associate or College Degree

Required experience: Office Admin: 2 - 3 years
