We're searching for a driven and full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team and make a real impact. As a key player in the growth of our company, you'll cultivate relationships with sellers, buyers, tenants, title companies, attorneys, and all other stakeholders involved in getting deals across the finish line. The ideal candidate will use our designated CRM to manage and grow the sales pipeline, while providing top-notch service to clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Core Title Functions: Perform all core title company functions such as title searches, title insurance, and escrow services.
  2. Lien Searches: Conduct thorough lien searches to ensure that properties are free of liens.
  3. Prepare HUD: Prepare HUD-1 Settlement Statements and other closing documents as required.
  4. Scheduling: Schedule and coordinate real estate closings with all parties involved.
  5. HUD Review: Review HUD-1 Settlement Statements and other closing documents for accuracy and completeness.
  6. Lending Coordination: Coordinate with lenders to ensure that all lending requirements are met.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 1 year of experience in the title industry (preferred, not required).
  2. Strong knowledge of title company functions, lien searches, and real estate closing processes.
  3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing closing documents.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Compensation:

$36,000
