Senior Cost Accountant

Great opportunity for a strong Senior Accountant looking for a step up into an Accounting Manager role with a fast track to Controller. Manufacturing experience required.

Duties:

1. Assist with month-end close.
2. Costing of labor, materials, and shipping.
3. Responsible for Bank & Treasury Activity (making wire payments, clearing checks, bank reconciliations, etc.).
4. Primary contact for A/P related activities: invoice entry, questions from vendors, etc.
5. Oversee A/R Clerk by providing support on heavy cash collection days and directional support when questions arise.

Requirements:

1. BA Degree in Accounting or Finance is a MUST.
2. Five or more years of experience.
3. Experience working in a high-volume setting (many vendors, many customers).
