DescriptionThe Recruiting Associate will verify work, training, and driving/safety history of potential CDL driver hires.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties as assignedConduct background investigations on all incoming applications (Verify previous employment and training history, criminal checks, MVR, etc)Screen incoming applicants for eligibility & mutual interest.Other related duties, including returned and outgoing mail, running reports, and processing class listsSpecial Skills: Must have good communication skills and deal well with different personalities. Attention to detail is also important. Bilingual ability in Spanish is very helpful.Special Training: Must be familiar with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is needed. Secretarial, customer service, and/or sales experience is beneficial.
