International company seeks a corporate/commercial lawyer with 4+ years corporate training at a major law firm to serve a critical role in supporting the company’s North American business lines, as well as assisting with various legal issues for the global parent company. Ideally, but not required, is in-house experience as well. This lawyer will report to the General Counsel, Americas, and will be responsible for the drafting and hands on negotiation of a variety of commercial and other agreements and corporate documents, counseling clients on diverse matters, supporting M&A, and handling other matters as needed, such as procurement, HR, and litigation management. This lawyer will interact with senior business leadership and managers throughout the company. The company requires four days a week in the office, and there is minimal travel. No relo.
