Title: VP of Finance (Residential Construction)

About the Role:
Responsible for overseeing the Division's accounting function, including financial reporting, internal controls, and policy implementation. Ensure timely and accurate financial forecasting and compliance with GAAP, manage budgets, analyze variances, and safeguard assets. Provide financial leadership, review land acquisition proformas, and offer financial advice to support business decisions. Manage and develop the Finance and Accounting team.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 10+ years of finance/accounting experience
- 5+ years in residential home building
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in JD Edwards, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
