A leading U.S. law firm is currently seeking a Securitization Associate to join their Finance & Derivatives team in New York City, who have been active for over 25 years and are recognised as among the most sophisticated and talented in the legal profession. Their lawyers regularly advise and provide expert service in all aspects of trading agreements and their expansive industry knowledge extends to a wide range of derivative product agreements and account agreements.
Experience:
They are looking to onboard mid-level to senior associates or specials counsels with;
- At least five years of experience with securitization, structured finance and/or asset backed lending.
- Excellent academic credentials with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Be admitted or eligible to be admitted to the New York state bar.
- Can confidently run deals
