A top-tier, AmLaw 50/Vault 50 firm seeks a midlevel associate attorney for their Labor & Employment practice group.
The Position:
-Handle challenging, sophisticated cases across a variety of industries
-Wage & hour and single plaintiff discrimination/harassment matters
-Draft and review employment policies and employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment agreements, and separation agreements
-Handle the labor and employment aspects of business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions.

Required Qualifications
-Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-approved law school
-Licensed to practice law in California
