HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Senior Change Management Professional to fill an opening with a Fortune 500 company in Eden Prairie, MN .
Daily Responsibilities for Senior Change Management Professional:

• Implementing (planning, creating, producing, delivering) successful change management deliverables, and effectively managing change, aligned to the change management strategic roadmap.
• Perform stakeholder analyses, research and identify audience needs.
• Select appropriate communications channels.
• Manage projects, measure the effectiveness of communication processes using metrics to determine success, and apply lessons learned to future campaigns.
• Implement change strategies that connect transformation objectives with business needs, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are engaged and supported.
• Coordinate change management activities with the EOHS Project Management team, Optum Tech team, and Value Enablement's Learning & Development and Communications teams.
• Schedule interviews to consult with key stakeholders and business partners to continually inform the development and implementation of successful change management plans

Required Qualifications for Senior Change Management Professional:

• Experience delivering change management in large, cross matrixed, global organizations.
• Experience in Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety programs.
• Experience in journalism, broadcasting, social media, and related marketing campaigns.
• Experience in human centric design process & methodologies.
• Proficient in project management, marketing, communications, and training.
• Highly proficient in communicating enterprise purpose.
• Highly proficient in communicating across multiple departments and grade levels in highly matrixed environments.
• Highly proficient in organizational, integrated, and transformational change management.
• Experience delivering change management for one of the top four consulting firms.
