The opportunity
As a Dell Alliance Sales Executive (SE), you’ll be part of one of the fastest growing alliances at EY. You’ll drive the pursuit of new business, driving alliance partner pipeline and sales for EY by originating deals across three channels: clients, the Dell field teams, and EY account teams. You’ll be a market-facing, experienced seller focused on the overall Alliance sales strategy and the Dell powered EY solutions relevant to Financial Services clients specifically.
Your key responsibilities
As a Dell Alliance SE, you’ll be responsible for leading the Alliance sales activity by delivering against defined sales and pipeline targets. You’ll build relationships with top priority clients for joint alliance pursuits and drive sales directly in the market. You’ll be a subject matter expert on the alliance program, Dell powered transformations, and the joint EY-Dell value proposition.

You’ll need to thrive in a matrixed organization, balancing the needs of the client against business initiatives and goals. Your ability to develop and build networks will be instrumental in connecting with colleagues across sales teams, leadership teams, and industry sector teams.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 12 to 15+ years of quota carrying sales experience in professional services, solutions, and technology
- Direct and alliance channel enterprise sales experience
- Experience selling enterprise solutions to financial services organizations
- Services sales experience working at a Big 4 firm or other GSI
- Knowledge and expertise of Dell Technologies AI and IT Infrastructure solutions
- Expert client management and relationship skills
- Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, competitive intel, and target account profiles
- Strong ability to handle and resolve conflict

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $200,000 to $385,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through various factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year.
