Job Description:


What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for supporting the business with the development of and enhancements to their risk and control environment
  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.


How You’ll Do It

  • Executes upon established sustainable risk assessment framework ensuring first line execution aligns.
  • Supports the business with the development of and enhancements to their control environment.
  • Monitors and validates risk and control library changes. Develops and maintains library of enterprise wide risk and control statements.
  • Supports the business with developing requirements for the effective management of operational risk events.
  • Implements risk program activities to ensure the enterprise carries out activities according to requirements.
  • Monitors issues and action plans to ensure proper execution against relevant standards and policies.

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration and Management, Engineering or related
  • 2+ year experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Business, Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related
  • In Lieu of Education Experience, 6+ years experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement or related

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
