What You Will Do

  • First and foremost, a player/coach and performance minded leader who is hands-on. AccruePartners does not hold value in “professional managers”, we only hire the best player/coaches to drive our business to new levels of growth and expansion.
  • P&L Owner of the Information Technology and Marketing, Digital, and Creative divisions with direct reports; manage the P&L to ensure each division achieves business growth and profit maximization.
  • Operate with a natural sales mentality to develop partnerships with internal and external business partners to execute strategies efficiently, drive speed to market, and generate sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and strive to increase the company’s value within the marketplace and promote the organization as a whole with a keen emphasis on Information Technology and Marketing.
  • Provide leadership for the Division driving the team to enhance the relationships with our clients and prospects which range from SMB, Private Equity held and major Fortune 100 - 500 customers and prospects.
  • Develop a strong, trusting working relationship with the Executive Leadership Team resulting in open dialogue, mutual understanding, and respect.
  • Manage the recruitment, retention, and development of all team members for your areas of responsibility. This includes creating a culture of process improvement and execution, team engagement, energy, and excitement.
  • Develop, build and sustain strong relations with the other Division leaders and other members of the Senior Leadership team to help ensure the Flywheel and AccruePartners Business Systems are fully executed across the organization.

How You Are Qualified

  • We are seeking a proven track record of at least 10 years of staffing, talent or consulting leadership experience (preferably Information Technology/Marketing related) of success in investing in relationships through recruiting, client management, sales management and revenue growth with an understanding of good gross margin clients.
  • Understanding of and Action orientation to ensure repeatable, adopted processes that lead to excellent, low variability, and successful customer experiences that are cost effective, productive, and work within the overall business model.
  • Analytical skills to provide input, suggestions, and recommendations for action based on data interpretation.
  • Ability to delegate, make decisions, and hold people accountable for agreed upon job goals.
  • Track record come up through the staffing ranks with multiple years’ experience and can teach, lead and mentor staff from firsthand experience.
