Salary Range : $110,000 - $140,000 annually plus bonus potential!

Must reside in the Dallas- Fort Worth area

What you will do

This dynamic District Manager role promises both challenge and fulfillment, offering a pathway for continuous career growth. As a vital member of our regional management team, you will shape the trajectory of your region by setting objectives, ensuring compliance with corporate goals, and driving financial success.

You will…

  • Strategically plan and direct operations within the assigned region to meet Key Performance Indicators.
  • Clarify team objectives and strategies, setting clear priorities for all members.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings to define divisional and regional goals.
  • Expand profitable business within the geographic area through new acquisitions and business development.
  • Lead the sales process for new business, preparing proposals and conducting presentations.
  • Develop and manage an annual budget for the assigned region, ensuring financial compliance.
  • Conduct regular unit inspections to ensure contract compliance and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Resolve escalated client, resident, customer, and employee-related issues.
  • Collaborate with legal and human resources on customer and employee-related matters.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and oversee timely reporting in line with corporate policies.

What you will need

  • Ability to travel 50 - 70% of the year, including overnight stays.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a hospitality-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in multi-unit food service management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-unit food service operations with a combined volume of $18 million or greater, overseeing three (3) or more accounts.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative with a commitment to excellence.
  • Track record of driving customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured, and P&L-driven environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet.
  • ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
  • Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
  • Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
