About the Area Manager position

We are looking for an experienced Multi Unit Manager who will help to strengthen the links between the headquarters, stores and District Manager. Your duties will include helping branches stay up to date with company policies and ensuring focus on increasing sales and building productive customer relations.

You should have a hands-on approach and should be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Salary Range: $29.00/hour - $39.00/hour


Area Manager Responsibilities/Requirements:

  1. Work together with, report, and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  2. Role model inspiring selling and service behaviors in your stores.
  3. Manage operational practices ensuring that each branch runs smoothly and meets projected revenues and sales estimates.
  4. Ensure that each store is adequately staffed and possess urgency to hire when there is a need.
  5. Be strategic in planning to maximize operational excellence and compelling merchandising presentations.
  6. Oversee the performance in all projects, ensuring they are executed profitably and in compliance with standardized business practices.
  7. Use innovative approaches and techniques to stay updated with competition.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience as a Store Manager or in another relevant position with significant volume.
  2. Significant experience in business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
  3. Strong leadership and decision-making skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  4. Good ability to sell, manage, and drive growth.
  5. Strong customer relationship management skills.
  6. Ability to source and attract top talent.
  7. Passion for problem-solving and suggesting best practices.
  8. Growth mindset and ability to inspire the team.
