Leidos Health Solutions is looking for a Federal Health Professional Services Capture Manager to lead and support high-performing teams in securing new and existing business opportunities with government health agencies. This role involves developing capture strategies, managing teams, and overseeing the bid and proposal process. The ideal candidate has experience in federal government professional services and is adept at driving consensus, managing complex tasks, and delivering results. This position reports to the Director of Capture Management and is primarily located in Reston, VA with support in either Reston or Gaithersburg proposal development facilities, as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support execution of capture strategies
  • Work closely with business development leads
  • Assemble and manage capture teams
  • Contact and interface with clients and partners
  • Participate in opportunity gate reviews and proposal reviews
  • Oversee the proposal phase of opportunities
  • Contribute feedback and innovative ideas to the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or master's degree with 6+ years of experience in federal government professional services
  • Experience in capturing contract opportunities with emphasis on opportunity qualification, stakeholder engagement, solution development, and proposal submission
  • Familiarity with federal government acquisition types, processes, and tools

Pay Range: $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
