The Senior Project Consultant, Strategy & Planning, Global Integrated Solutions will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities for the Global Integrated Solutions (GIS) organization at TransUnion and delivering a strategic vision at-scale to enable optimized functioning of our staff through moments that matter. This leader will have a deep understanding of the strategic priorities for GIS and work in deep collaboration with our cross-functional partners like HR and finance in all parts of the globe.

What You'll Bring

  1. Experience in managing multiple, concurrent, cross-functional initiatives in a fast paced environment
  2. Previous consulting experience in technology focused fields
  3. Experience in working/managing distributed teams across multiple time zones
  4. Strong analytical abilities to organize and solve for multivariate problems
  5. 1-2 years experience in managing financials for a project including capex, opex, people costs, non-people costs, savings etc.
  6. BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline, with 3+ years minimum equivalent experience in management consulting, project management or other related fields.

  1. Working in cross-functional initiatives in a rapidly changing, commercial technology focused, geo-diverse environment
  2. Thinking creatively and strategically when implementing and solving problems with a focus on business outcomes
  3. Support our leadership with building technology strategy through data mining from multiple sources and creating visualization using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  4. Liaise with Finance and HR for staff management, and tracking hiring, terminations etc.
  5. Support the leadership team to create materials for internal and external conversations including internal town halls, reporting to C-suite, as well as to external customers
  6. Support our leadership with tracking financials in terms of technology, people, process, and application (hardware/software) costs and eventually, working together to identify areas of optimization
  7. Having very effective communication skills to tell the right story to the audience and stakeholders
  8. Having a strong internal drive, proactiveness, and a collaborative method of working to drive progress and deliver complex solutions on time
  9. Having the ability to navigate through competing priorities and progressively delivering on win solutions
  10. Develops trusted partnerships with stakeholders by collaborating and delivering on common goals

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
