**Job Title:** Technologist
**Job Specialty:** Multi-Modality Radiology
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 24 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 24 months of current Radiologic Technologist experience
**License:** Active Arizona license required
**Certifications:** American Heart Association OR American Red Cross
**Must-Have:**
- Active certifications upon submission
- No license hits
- Flu vaccination (declinations can be applied for with forms provided)
- Travel experience preferred
**Job Description:**
- Candidates with a home address on their driver's license of certain states will not be considered; a copy of the driver's license must be included with submission
- Adherence to specific background requirements and compliance standards
- Availability to work on a variety of shifts and departments; flexibility is essential
- Detailed submission including resume with facilities, facility size, number of beds, trauma level, and specific units candidates are willing to work in
- All relevant experience and readiness to accept assignments promptly must be demonstrated
- Orientation to be determined by the facility
- On-call and weekend schedules to be determined by the facility
- Out-of-town requests should not exceed 7 days and are not approved during the first week or holidays
