Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm is seeking a Senior Associate of Data Analytics on our Operations Team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to the enhancement of our operational efficiency and play a key part in shaping our strategic decision-making processes through the application of data insights. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations and communicate results to senior management.
  • Examine and evaluate financial and information systems and document findings.
  • Conduct data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes to ensure consistent and reliable data across multiple sources.
  • Recommend and implement controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
  • Apply system knowledge to extract, transform, and load data for analysis, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze data related to client matters, financials, and operational processes to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline).
  • 5+ years experience in wealth management, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a data analyst with a focus on data analysis and visualization.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, including data extraction, manipulation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques.
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex findings to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range below is an estimate and may be modified in the future:

$75,000 - $90,000
