We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Team.

About Your Role

The Account Manager will actively manage a portfolio of clients, understanding their needs and developing strategies to exceed client expectations. The role focuses on supporting client’s transport requirements, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence to meet key performance indicators. Account Managers will nurture strong relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client goals.

  • Manage a portfolio of 13cabs accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and business development.
  • Ensure successful execution of client solutions, driving continuous improvement in processes.

About You

  • Experience in a Sales or Account Manager role is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
  • Goal-oriented with a strategic mindset and ability to adapt plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a high-performance environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must have a full Australian Driver’s License and be willing to travel as required.
