With several locations nationally, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Director to help us grow our brands and connect with our audience in meaningful ways.

Duties:

  1. Lead Strategic Vision : Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across all 20 restaurant locations.
  2. Brand Alignment : Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all marketing channels and restaurant venues.
  3. Campaign Management : Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, new restaurant openings, and special events.
  4. Digital & Social Media : Lead the digital marketing strategy, managing SEO/SEM efforts, social media content, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising campaigns to maximize online presence and engagement.
  5. Content Creation : Oversee the development of creative content for marketing materials, including menu promotions, video, photography, and social media assets.
  6. Budget Oversight : Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) across different initiatives.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with PR, social media, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  8. Analytics & Reporting : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Proven success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to measure marketing success.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
