Job Title: Production TechnicianJob DescriptionSet-up complex equipment, change over, clean and maintain relevant, critical operating equipment to enable the smooth running of the plant/section/unit. Diagnose and take steps to resolve equipment/product quality issues to ensure the continued smooth running of the plant/section/unit. All to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice, Safety Health & Environment and company standards. Shift: 2nd Hours: 2pm-11pm Principal Duties: • Learn how to operate bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment such as single-use mixers, cleaning/sanitization of equipment, washers, autoclaves, environmental monitoring cleaning verification sampling, tanks, and in-process testing instruments. • Monitor critical process parameters, troubleshoot during processing, and recommend potential solutions to management. • Learn in unit operations to improve quality, ensure safety, and process efficiency/accuracy. • Develop new concepts, techniques, and work with standard operation procedures. • Review executed Production Records for accuracy and completion of process steps within good manufacturing practice/good documentation practices (GMP/GDP). • Utilize MS Office tools and enterprise system.
