You will report to the Director of Talent Management and work a hybrid schedule with some days working in the office and some remotely. You will be organized, have strong attention to detail, and have some project management experience. Someone with 2+ years of experience as an HR assistant or admininstrative assistant is preferred, but we are open to someone who is looking to get into the HR field and grow their experience. What You Will Do

Provide coordination support to human resources leaders. Perform HR support including reporting and data analysis.

Help administer multiple human resources functions, including:

  • Assisting with HR projects and initiatives and tracking of key deliverables and deadlines

  • HR Reporting such as project tracking, departmental scorecards, and service level expectations

  • Organizing team agendas for leadership and employee meetings.

  • Assist with annual and monthly budget reporting and forecasting. Support the leadership team with their budgeting needs.

Follow established procedures to audit HR system access quarterly, oversees annual HR policy update process, and supports and promotes team training events and similar meetings.

Provide support to HR leadership, including:

  • Compiling reports

  • Following up on action items

  • Managing calendars

  • Preparing and reviewing presentations

  • Scheduling travel

  • Coding invoices

Actively participate and engage in support for the HR Leadership Team

Coordinate meetings such as vendor meetings, HR events, stand-up meetings, employee meetings and staff meetings. Work with executive admins to schedule meetings with executives.

Responsible for administrative functions such as completing expense reports, coordinating catering for meetings, establishing, and maintaining an organizational system for cabinets, ordering supplies, and other administrative responsibilities.

Proofread HR communications and filings.

Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Employee may perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements:

What You Will Need

Preferred associate degree in human resources or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job-related experience:

Demonstrated ability to understand Human Resources plans, policies and procedures.

1+ years of experience with Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to deal with extremely sensitive and confidential material.

Working knowledge and training related to:

  • General Human Resources

  • Governmental regulations related to Human Resources

  • Human Resources policies and procedures

  • Corporate organization structure

  • Written communications

Present to groups and individuals.

Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid office environment.

Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.

Minimum Applicable driver's license. Requires travel to offices and job sites throughout system.

Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings.

Visual ability to perform job responsibilities.
