Job Overview

Rewards Network is looking for an eager, motivated Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our HR Team! This role will report to the Manager of Recruiting and work closely with the People Team, and various functions including Sales, Client Support and Operations.

As a Corporate Sales Recruiter you will know the right people for the job – and the right jobs for our people. You will: identify, pitch, and develop exceptional candidate relationships within a competitive industry, providing solutions, delivering results for our hiring team, and enhancing candidates’ careers.

  • Ability to source candidates from a variety of platforms (i.e., Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruiting for a sales organization. Knowledge of various sourcing techniques - certifications in recruiting or sourcing would be a plus.
  • Represent Rewards Network professionally, being the first point of contact and providing a stellar candidate experience.
  • Build and manage candidate relationships.
  • Establish external relationships with individuals and groups to help grow our talent pipeline.
  • Partner with Regional Managers on sales-related activities.
