Job Title: In-Processing Coordinator

Location: Richland, WA

Duration: 9 months

Description:


SSIS administrator (Security Screening Information System) Ready2Work administrator Personnel Access Data System administrator In-process 1,400+ supplemental employees in preparation for Refueling Outage 27 Handle confidential information of all supplemental employees Assign training qualifications via the Ready2Work software Set up and reschedule medical, training, dosimetry, Personality Assessment Inventory, and Fitness for Duty appointments Print and assemble welcome packets Facilitate the flow of all in-processing buildings (122,184,186,356) Attend all High Impact Team meetings Help prepare the in-processing buildings to ensure they are ready for Refueling Outage 27 Order office supplies

Provide direction to the in-processing program that includes training, oversight, and support to all site organizations and affected contractor organizations. Perform administrative and technical tasks as needed to fulfill overall job requirements depending on the specific assignment. Support Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization administratively as necessary.


Requirements:


Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities to include scheduling, planning and preparing for pre-planned events, or badging. OR an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities to include scheduling, planning and preparing for pre-planned events, or badging. OR a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience related to project planning and/or in-processing activities to include scheduling, planning and preparing for pre-planned events, or badging.
