Finger Lakes region of upstate New York and the Northern Tier of PA 30 miles to Cornell University 2 hours to Syracuse & Rochester 4 hours to NYC, Toronto and Philadelphia Several Residency & Fellowship programs here Oversee all aspects of the Medical & AHP staff with the Administrative Director & Department Chair Drive Medical & AHP staff performance assessments and reviews, including the use of such tools as analytics & dashboards Assist with oversight of staffing levels, performance, and accountability Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws & regulations, meeting the requirements and responsibilities of the Medical Director under NYCRR Title 14 part 580, and NYS Mental Hygiene Law Assist with the planning & implementation of the performance improvement program Function as a consultant, when needed to other Psychiatrists and admitting patients Insure coverage of the BSU at all times by a qualified Psychiatrist member of the Medical Staff
