The Senior Group Sales Manager is a fully competent individual who has experience in the sales process and operational function of a Hotel. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to group/convention customers from all business segments, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, and business development/revenue generation initiatives. Duties include preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, utilizing Hyatt systems to coordinate customer service and business requirements as appropriate. The Sr Group Sales Manager will also participate and may lead Sales & Events and other staff meetings. This person must be a self-motivated and results driven Manager that works effectively/successfully under pressure and in a team environment. Position does offer 20% remote work once candidate has completed required onboarding and training.
