ROLE
The Senior Vice President at Nirvana Brands Inc. reports to the company group CEO/COO, leading and managing the company’s North America/LATAM day-to-day operations and ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are met. The role is “hands-on” and is the driving force behind the company’s vision. It is responsible for developing and implementing successful strategies to achieve the company’s long-term financial objectives and growth plans in the critically important North America market as well as exploiting profitable opportunities in LATAM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the North American company, overseeing the local internal organization and external partners, including local Commercial, Operations, and Trade Marketing teams.
- Deliver annual financial year goals and objectives by developing and implementing short-term and long-term successful business plans for Nirvana Brands Inc, aligned with the overall company’s goals and objectives.
- Continually review the North American business unit performance and make necessary adjustments to improve both efficiency and profitability.
- Work with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities in the North American market and develop strategies for sustained organic growth.
- Build and maintain strong internal (group) and external (brand owners, distributors, customers, suppliers, retailers) collaborative relationships to ensure ongoing mutually beneficial partnerships, delivering strong business growth.
- Continuously monitor business performance, market trends, and competitor activities, identifying and implementing corrective actions to overcome potential risks while seeking out and exploiting new opportunities for the company.
- Manage and maintain annual budget control, identifying cost savings and driving efficiency across all areas of expenditure to enable reinvestment in brand growth and Nirvana Brands Inc profitability.
- Lead organizational agility and productivity through simplifying and improving internal and external processes.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance the Nirvana Brands Inc brand, its network, and its reputation.
