Client Services Associate

Prestigious investment banking company in Boston is seeking a Client Services Associate with a Series 7 license to add to their growing team. The individual in this role will work with the firm’s financial advisors to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of high-net worth and ultra-high-net worth individuals.

Salary: Up to $90,000 plus bonus

Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 1-2 days remote and 3-4 days in office

Position Responsibilities:

• Maintain management systems with up-to-date client information
• Educate clients on account services and capabilities
• Prepare reports and other materials for meetings
• Collect documentation for new account openings and service requests
• Plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• Provide the team with a detailed calendar of events

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and must have the Series 7 license
• 3+ years of client service experience within the financial services industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Keen attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
