An Established Automation Machinery Manufacturing firm are looking for a Production Test Technician
The firm is a leading designer and manufacturer of tailored inline process spectrometers (UV-VIS-NIR, LIBS and Raman) across a wide spectrum of major industries and contract manufacturer for photonics devices in the life sciences, medical devices, and lab analyzer instrumentation space.
The Production Test Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing, inspection, and analysis.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
- Technical school degree or associate in electrical engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of handling optics, electronics, and mechanical parts.
- Experience in Medical field in quality control or testing is preferred.
- Ability to read and follow test instructions for OEM products.
- Ability to use hand tools for assembly and soldering irons.
Required Skills:
- Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Testing and Analysis: Perform a variety of tests and analyses using specialized equipment and tools to assess product quality, including dimensional measurements, material composition, and functional testing.
- Data Recording: Accurately record and maintain detailed records of inspection and test results.
Compensation: Up to 60k Base + Discretionary Bonus + Full Benefits.
