Maintenance Fleet Supervisor

Coastal Waste & Recycling is a locally owned and operated waste management and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity!
Responsibilities
We are currently adding a second shift fleet maintenance supervisor to the team to help support the growth. This position is responsible for providing general supervision and direction to the shop staff, to include supervising the daily work and safety of the technicians, planning, scheduling, and assigning work and overseeing labor hours. The position will also be responsible for training employees and assisting with diagnostics.
Qualifications
Must have prior technician experience and have knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, emission systems, transmissions, brakes, hydraulic and electrical systems. Experience leading a team also helpful. #CWRHP
