This clerk will:accurately register clients in FLSHOTS and HMSScan client identification cards, insurance cards, vaccine records and medical documents to client’s HMS recordSchedule immunization client appointmentsCall immunization clients to remind them of their appointmentsVerify and update client’s insurance information in HMSCollect payment from clients for services rendered.This is a challenging position and is critical to our immunization program operation.
