Responsibilities:

• Estimate costs for high-end custom home builds
• Put together preconstruction budgets
• Forecast project expenses
• Pull together numbers for builds
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other related expenses.
• Develop project budgets based on these estimates, factoring in contingencies, allowances, and potential overruns.
• Ensure all estimates are compliant with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Attention to detail and accuracy in estimates.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Familiarity with construction accounting practices is a plus.
