About the Position:

Senior Project Manager needed in Miami, FL for a $250M hospitality construction project. Total project management oversight from preconstruction through total build and closeout. Must have SE Florida experience and be commutable to the daily office and site. This is an excellent opportunity to excel and be a part of building a high-level project, starting with preconstruction, buyout, contracts, financials, etc. Compensated well with benefits and bonus potential.

Requirements:

1. Must live in Southeast Florida
2. Must have large hospitality/hotel construction experience
