VP of Technical Services, Architecture, Design & Construction
Our client, a luxury resort company with over 20 hotels requires an experienced C-Level executive for VP of Technical Service, Architecture, Design & Construction. We are recruiting candidates for this role with minimum experience of 20 years. The head of Technical Services should have a bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture . Must have experience in managing a portfolio of at least 15 hotels and resorts. International Resort experience highly preferred.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the architectural, design, and technical service functions of the company. This role requires a leader who can integrate design excellence with technical know how in order to deliver innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions across all projects (Refurbishment as well as new projects and construction). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architecture, construction, and design principles, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills. The additional responsibility directs the architecture, design and construction processes for all resorts. He/she must develop concepts that will enhance the brand in its development and acquisition of properties. Must have excellent communication skills and organizational experience in order to problem solve and manage multiple projects.
Salary: Excellent Compensation package commensurate with experience. Base over $300k plus Accommodation and all other company benefits
