This role will fully support Obsidianworks.

The Role and What You’ll Do:

The Senior Designer will be responsible for supporting the creative team in all aspects of visual output across multiple clients and internally. This includes, but is not limited to graphic design, light retouching/photo manipulation, motion graphics, social media posts, production for both digital and print deliverables, branded collateral, web banners, presentation design, and original content.

The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines. They offer creative solutions to creative and visual problems and can work across all types of programs – from the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, InDesign) to Keynote and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead development of visual exploration and articulation of all brand campaign work.
  2. Work with the team to execute branded collateral – from digital mock-ups/comps and brand identities to printed materials and presentation design including social media design.
  3. Ensure brand consistency throughout deliverables including decks.
  4. Work with cross-discipline team to deliver on all assets needed for clients’ businesses on time.
  5. Generate new and fresh ideas to enhance concepts and clients' objectives.
  6. Collaborate with Leadership team for internal projects.
  7. Keep informed on latest trends.

You Have These:

  1. 5-7 years of experience required.
  2. Ability to perform under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times if needed.
  3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a desire to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to balance multiple projects at once, multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  5. Deep understanding and ongoing curiosity of cultural & design trends.
  6. Strong background in Art, Design, or related field.
  7. Excellent design, typography, motion and layout skills.
  8. Candidates must provide their portfolio URL or as an attachment to be considered.

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum: $67,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum: $90,000 annually
