We’re looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Accounting to join a globally recognized organization with a strong presence across multiple countries. This role offers a chance to lead a talented team of 8 and provide strategic insights in areas such as Corporate M&A, finance, SEC reporting, and the implementation of new accounting standards.

Who you are:

1. 15+ years of accounting experience
2. 7+ years of people management experience
3. Direct experience overseeing compliance efforts with the preparation, review, submission, and distribution of financial reports required by governmental and regulatory agencies, such as US SEC 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K
4. Strong background in technical accounting research and analysis
