Cloud Engineer

hackajob has partnered with a prominent organization in the IT services, and consulting company, seeking an experienced Cloud Administrator/Engineer to join their team.

Role: Cloud Administrator/Engineer

Location: Plano, TX (Remote)

Salary: $400K (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Azure DataBricks, ML Ops, Storage, ADF, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Kubernetes, and Web Apps using Terraform/Ansible or manual methods.
• Create private and service endpoints, NSG rules, firewalls, and routing.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Azure DevOps.
• Configure and monitor services using Azure tools, Git/GitHub, and ensure security compliance.
• Use ServiceNow for Service Request, Incidents and Change Request management and follow PepsiCo ITSM policies

Skills and Qualifications

• 6 years hands-on experience with Azure PaaS provisioning using Terraform automation or manual methods, specializing in services such as Azure DataBricks, Azure ML Ops, Azure Storage, ADF, Key Vault, Log Analytics, Azure Kubernetes, Application Service Environment, Web and Function Apps
• 4+ years of experience managing Azure networks, Private and service endpoints, NSG rules, routing, firewalls, Azure VNets, Subnets, DNS, CIDR blocks, and security policies.
• 4+ years of experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline setup and management.
• 4+ years of scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, and Azure CLI.
• Experience of web security, including firewall configurations and port management.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
• Experience configuring and monitoring Azure PaaS services, Git and GitHub.
• Ability to pick up ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
